All orders are processed within 2 Business Days. 

 

Shipments and deliveries may occur on Saturdays but not Holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders you may experience a 1-2 day delay in shipping.  Please allow for 4-7 business days for shipping and email Ben@BenJosephStewart.com if you do not receive your shipment in time.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

P.O. Boxes may typically have no issues, regardless of package size us the Post Office will hold packages in the back.

Shipment confirmation and tracking number will be delivered once your order has been fulfilled.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Ben Joseph Stewart, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Ben Joseph Stewart, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

Countries outside of the United States that we deliver to are Canada, Mexico, India, any European, South American or African country, Australia and New Zealand. 

 

Returns Policy

We do not require returns of any products.  If you are unhappy or wish to refund the order, you may keep the product as a gift from us.
